Dr. Robert Jackson’s day job is teaching writing at Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, where he landed 20 years ago from his homeland in Ohio. He is a fully tenured English professor of English . Robb is one of the pioneers of TAMUCC’s award-winning first-year writing program, and he is now working on developing a creative writing program that will integrate personal writing and creative writing in community service, into a traditional creative writing curriculum. He is the author of a collection of poems, Living on the Hurricane Coast and is working on a next collection. Read more.
