Gail pursued and earned her law degree from Woodrow Wilson School of Law (cum laude); her mediation certification from the Justice Center of Atlanta; and her Career Management Consultant (CMC) designation from Right Management Consultants, a global career transition firm.
After graduation from law school, Gail began a highly successful career at the Aon Group, a global leader in insurance risk management and human capital consulting. From her first position at the Aon Group as Corporate Counsel, Gail transformed herself into the top salesperson internationally among 17,000 employees and then to the role of Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
In 1992, she started her own career management consulting firm and was promptly recruited by Right Management Consultants. To this day, both her private practice and her affiliation with Right Management Consultants flourish, and Gail is one of the most highly respected and sought-after career management consultants in the country.
Under the banner of Atlanta Career Transition, Gail continues making a positive difference for organizations and individuals. She delivers powerful training seminars for organizations in conflict resolution, time management, leadership development, strategic sales, and change management. In addition, Gail works with individual clients to guide them in their career transitions. Her seminar, "How to Use Age as an Advantage in Your Career Search," is regularly sold out.
A published writer for many years, Gail completed her first book, Over-40 Job Search Guide, published by Jist Publishing in 2005. Her second book, Your Next Career, Do What You Always Wanted To Do, was released by Jist Publishing in August of 2009.
