Jerry is an Executive Partner and the National Director of the Restructuring CFO Group at Tatum LLC. Tatum is the largest and fastest-growing executive services and consulting firm in the United States helping companies in transition to accelerate business success and create more value.™ Under Jerry’s leadership, the Restructuring CFO Group has grown to fifty CFO’s experienced in serving as CFO’s in distressed situations and as leverage for the efforts of CEO’s leading turnarounds. Jerry has over 20 years of experience in personally serving as the CFO for companies in a broad range of industries, both public and private. In the last decade, his assignments have principally been in distressed companies undergoing restructurings under Bankruptcy Court supervision, or through consensual workouts. As just one example, he is presently concluding an assignment overseeing the liquidation of a large steel company with operations in the United States and China. He is best known for his work in situations involving distressed builders, contractors and real estate developers. Jerry received his engineering degree from Manhattan College and his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
