Listening Options

You may Listen Now to "On Air Now" shows, as they are being broadcast, via Flash streaming. Flash audio steaming is more compatible than any other format. By default, your web browser will have Flash turned on (enabled) unless you have turned it off. Just make sure you have Flash enabled in your web browser.

In addition to streaming of On Air Now shows as they are being broadcast, we offer several ways for you to listen "At Your Convenience

Archives of past shows via on demand streaming for immediate listening;
Download of shows to your computer (for saving and listening at any time you choose);
Podcasting or capture of archived shows via your podcasting software (such as Juice) or service (such as iTunes) so that you may listen whenever you choose, on your preferred device, including your desktop, laptop, or portable MP3/media player such as an iPod or audio-capable cellphone or other such device.

On Air Now - Flash streaming in your web browser.

You may listen to On Demand Streaming of shows as they are broadcast for the first time. On Demand Streaming means that the audio is streamed — or automatically downloaded and simultaneously played — on your computer via a Flash audio player.

Listening to Archived Shows

DOWNLOADS: You may download and save shows to your computer to listen to at your convenience.

WINDOWS OS INSTRUCTIONS:
To download a show, "right-click" on the icon, then select "Save As" (specifically, "Save Target As" in Internet Explorer, "Save Link As" in Firefox); then choose where on your computer you wish to save the MP3 of the show.

To listen once the MP3 file has been downloaded to and saved on your computer, simply double-click on the file or file icon to open the MP3 in your default player.

MAC OS INSTRUCTIONS:
To download a show, "option-click" on the icon, then select "Save As" (specifically, "Save Target As" in Internet Explorer, "Save Link As" in Firefox); then choose where on your computer you wish to save the MP3 of the show.

PODCASTING: Use any podcatcher software (such as the popular and free Juice cross-platform podcast receiver) or service (such as Goggle, Yahoo, or iTunes) to:

a. Subscribe to the Exceptional Wisdom Radio podcast RSS feed and never miss a show!

b. Subscribe to individual Exceptional Wisdom Radio shows to get automatic downloads of new shows.

Click on the icon to open your podcasting software or service.

Subscribing will result in all new shows to which you subscribe (a. all shows, or b. particular ones) automatically downloading to your podcatcher software (Juice) or service (Google, Yahoo, iTunes, etc). each time you update or log on (to the podcasting subscription svc). It's that simple!

iTUNES: Click on the icon to open iTunes (must be installed on your computer) and subscribe to individuals shows or all Exceptional Wisdom shows... it's your choice!
